Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
Tap 'Forgot password?' on the login screen, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link will open the app and let you set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings within the app and tap 'Delete Account'. This permanently removes all your journal entries, media files, insights, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
Can I export my journal entries?
We're working on an export feature. In the meantime, contact us at info@aramuna.com and we can provide your data.
How does AI reflection work?
When you write a journal entry, Zenith uses AI to generate a thoughtful reflection based on what you've written. Over time, it learns your communication style, interests, and goals to provide more relevant responses. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Is my journal data private?
Yes. Your journal entries are encrypted in transit, protected by row-level security, and never shared with third parties. Only you can access your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What does the thumbs up/down on reflections do?
Your feedback directly influences future reflections. If you find certain styles helpful, the AI leans into them. If you mark something as unhelpful, it adjusts its approach. This feedback also shapes your personal profile over time.
How do I use voice journaling?
Tap the microphone icon when creating a new entry. Record your thoughts, and Zenith will transcribe the audio into a journal entry. The recording is stored privately in your account.
Report a Bug
Found something that doesn't work as expected? You can report it directly from within the app — go to Settings and tap 'Send Feedback'. You can include a screenshot and description of the issue.
