Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
Tap 'Forgot password?' on the login screen, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link will open the app and let you set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings within the app and tap 'Delete Account'. This removes your journal entries, media files, insights and personal data from our live services. See the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy for backup and AI provider retention. This action cannot be undone.
Can I export my journal entries?
In app versions that include Export Journal Data, use that option in Settings. You can also contact info@aramuna.com to request your data.
How does AI reflection work?
When you write a journal entry, Zenith sends content needed for your AI features to Google Gemini. Zenith updates a personal profile stored in your account, including your communication style, interests and goals, to make your own results more relevant. This personalization uses stored context rather than training a model on your entries. See our Privacy Policy for how AI providers handle your data.
Is my journal data private?
Your journal entries are encrypted in transit and protected by row-level security. We do not sell your journal content. Supabase stores your data, and content needed for AI features is sent to Google Gemini. See our Privacy Policy for how these service providers process your data.
What does the thumbs up/down on reflections do?
Your feedback directly influences future reflections. If you find certain styles helpful, the AI leans into them. If you mark something as unhelpful, it adjusts its approach. This feedback also shapes your personal profile over time.
How do I use voice journaling?
Tap the microphone icon when creating a new entry. Record your thoughts, and Zenith transcribes them into a journal entry. Speech recognition can run on-device when supported; cloud transcription sends audio to Google Gemini. See our Privacy Policy for recording storage and temporary upload cleanup.
Report a Bug
Found something that doesn't work as expected? You can report it directly from within the app — go to Settings and tap 'Send Feedback' to describe the issue. Shake to Report offers an optional screenshot attachment, which is off by default. Screenshots can include journal text.
